The Dimon Institute is a world-renowned center for the study of movement, awareness, and human functional anatomy. Founded and led by author, theorist, and educator Dr. Theodore Dimon and located in the historic Harlem neighborhood of NYC, the Institute is pioneering the development of the emerging fields of psychophysical education and sensorimotor awareness.
