Because in-person classes at the Dimon Institute have been suspended due to coronavirus, we have moved our programs online and opened up our lecture series to include the entire Alexander Technique community. The following videos are part of the Primary Control series that was taught live on Zoom over three weeks from Monday, April 20 - Thursday, May 7, 2020.
