The DaVinci Project

The Da Vinci Project is an ongoing experimental study of our human anatomical design, an essential part of our field as students of movement and psychophysical use. 

The Anatomy of Directing 

This is a series of articles that aims to clarify anatomical points for the study of functional mechanics. It is intended as an aid for exploration, and addresses the issue of thinking in order to bring about beneficial changes in coordination. We hope it is useful as a pedagogical tool for the restoration of the postural mechanism described here.
