Theodore Dimon, Ph.D.
Dr. Theodore Dimon, Jr., the Institute’s founder and director, has spent the past 25 years developing an innovative theory of education that focuses on mastery of mind and body as the foundation for all learning. Dr. Dimon received his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Education from Harvard University and graduated from the Constructive Teaching Centre in London, England. A founding director of the American Society for the Alexander Technique and president of the Alexander Technique Archives, he has taught and lectured internationally and is the author of numerous articles and books:
